Antique Gorham Sterling Silver Figural Ram's Horn Chatelaine Flask – SL

Offered here for your consideration is an
American figural sterling silver flask in the form of a rams’s horn. The chatelaine flask was likely initially intended for perfume (and was also perhaps employed for an occasional whiskey or other tipple).
Marked to the top with the Gorham factory mark, Sterling, and the model no. 325.  Simply a wonderful piece of figural American silver!
It dates to the late 19th century.
It is in overall good, as-pictured used estate condition with
a monogram to the top of the lid, some very light edge wear, some fine and light surface scratches here and there, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
