    Condition is considered  “New other” due to box not being 100% mint — even though it has never been opened.
    Some signs of shelf wear on box (as pictured) The “rubber bands” holding the wand have also
    deteriorated
    over time like all rubber bands do, so the wand is loose in the box.  Otherwise she is new. So, it is new in box – NON MINT BOX.
